Short Summary:
Adswerve is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead the Technical Services team, focusing on mentoring and developing engineers and data scientists while promoting a culture of technical evangelism.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a global team of Data Engineers and Scientists, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career pathing
- Promote a culture of "Technical Evangelism," coaching team members to synthesize complex technical architectures into high-level business strategies
- Foster cross-functional synergy with Sales and Account Management
- Own resource allocation for a diverse portfolio of projects
- Develop and refine internal efficiencies and offerings
- Monitor team capacity vs. pipeline to support growth targets
- Audit existing project delivery processes for automation opportunities
- Guide the team in implementing best practices in solution development and client relationships
- Clearly define performance expectations and ensure accountability
- Develop supportive working relationships and prioritize direct report workload
- Oversee work completed by the team to ensure timely delivery and quality

Requirement:
- 5+ years in professional services or technical consulting, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- College degree in Technical Management or equivalent leadership experience
- Proven success in coaching and mentoring technical resources
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders and technical contributors
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work on a team and prioritize individual workload
