Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is seeking a Director of Design to lead its product design organization, focusing on enhancing collaboration for creative professionals through innovative design and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and grow a world-class design team.
- Shape strategic direction across Frame.io and Adobe.
- Provide creative direction and uphold design excellence.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing leadership.
- Ensure deep customer empathy drives every design decision.

- Serve as the champion and storyteller for your team's work.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of design leadership experience managing managers and leading design organizations, plus 10+ years of hands-on product design experience.
- Exceptional creative direction capabilities.
- A desire to stay in the work and provide hands-on creative direction.
- People leadership excellence with a track record of building and developing exceptional design teams.
- Proven ability to think strategically about product design at scale.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with product management, engineering, research, and other disciplines.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing thoughtful problem-solving and high-quality execution.
