Job Title: Account Operations Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE
Pay Rate: $23/HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- This role helps support the operational setup and maintenance of client accounts within the firm's internal systems. This position will process account opening requests, generate required documentation, and coordinate team-specific tasks as requested by the business.
- This position will ensure high quality service delivery through accurate data entry, adherence to compliance policies, and effective cross-team collaboration.
- Review and process account opening requests, building out accounts in internal systems and generating documents to send to clients
- Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business
- Work across multiple systems and platforms
- Interface with teams and businesses to resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questions
- Provide support and work on special projects as requested
- Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate
- Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance
- Accurately log and document workflows and issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Business
- Previous experience in a financial services or operations environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven ability to apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Highly self-motivated and directed
