Short Summary:
The Portfolio Growth Manager is an individual contributor role focused on ad monetization, product marketing, and light-touch paid activity across a set of titles. The goal is to keep the back catalogue healthy, predictable, and growing using AI and automation.

Responsibilities:
- Own AdMon hands-on across all DECA games, managing configurations and mediation platforms.
- Handle product marketing and store presence for back-catalogue titles, including metadata optimization.
- Maintain existing paid campaigns and run small-scale tests for efficiency.
- Build and maintain automations to reduce manual overhead across various tasks.
- Standardize reporting across both studios and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirement:
- 3+ years in mobile gaming, with at least 2 years in a mobile marketing function.
- Experience building systems or tools using AI.
- Strong cross-team communication skills.
