Short Summary:
3Cloud is seeking a Consulting Manager for their Cloud Platform team. The role involves leading technology teams, managing client engagements, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage leading edge technology teams through the client engagement process, driving timelines, prioritizing tasks, and removing barriers.
- Function as a billable Azure Architect on one or multiple client engagements with a targeted utilization of 75%.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to monitor delivery and establish management objectives.
- Support team members in achieving client delivery objectives.
- Demonstrate high communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage team utilization and bench time at budgeted levels.
- Estimate work at the project or program level.
- Manage and resolve personnel issues.
- Inspire and foster team commitment and trust.
- Contribute to pre-sales processes and activities.
- Assist in defining and driving client experience and engagement processes with the sales team.

Requirement:
- 5-7 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong internal and client communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Passion for using technology to solve problems.
- Natural inclination for building relationships with clients and project teams.
- Love for problem-solving and effective time management.
- Teamwork-oriented, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications highly desired, but not required.
