Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product and Project Manager to lead software development projects from start to finish, ensuring project success and delivering true value to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for a project’s success, from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.
- Client Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining constant, transparent communication to align expectations and build long-term trust.
- Backlog Management and Requirement definition: Own the product backlog, write high-quality User Stories, prioritize work, and estimate tasks.
- Liaison & Interpretation: Work closely with Tech Leads and developers to translate client "wants" into product requirements.
- Strategy & Roadmapping: Define the "What" and manage the "When," creating and executing product strategies and project timelines.
- Discovery: Lead Product Discovery sessions to interpret and understand client needs.
- Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Provide clear status reports, interpret performance data, identify potential risks, and actively remove blockers.
Requirement:
- Experience: 5+ years in Product or Project Management roles within the software industry.
- Methodologies: Well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Nice to Have: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or other related certifications, experience with Product Design, coding experience.
- Tools: Mastery of Jira for story writing and task management.
- Analytics: Experience using data and analytics tools to validate assumptions and track team and project performance metrics.
